With the deepening of the system reform of electric power, and the acceleration of the market-oriented paces of the power supply enterprise, the request to management is more and more strict in every part of power companies, more and more information need be managed by advanced technology. Conventional management ways can't deal scientifically with information collected and lack of the ability to analyze synthetically and forecast the trends of future development because of the limit of technique. Electric Power Marketing Decision Support System can collect all kinds of scattering detailed data source, and make Data Warehouse (DW) faced to all kinds of topics, at the same time, dug the instinct law of the task and the quantity information accessed impossibly by manpower, and then based on these quantity information, make more scientific Electric Power Marketing DSS. This article makes deeper research for the creation of Electric Power Marketing DSS based on the analysis of Electric Power Marketing tasks.The process of Electric Power Marketing DSS includes the theory of DSS, the technique of Data Warehouse, the technique of Data Mining. This article designs the function and structure of EPMDSS, ensures the topic regions of EPMDSS, and builds the general frame of DSS. At the same time, this article researches the design and establishment of DSS DW. On the algorithm of Market resource prediction, this article adopts the sequence prediction model based on grey theory, and receives better estimation effects.
