The Study And Design Of Transformer Terminal Unit (TTU) Based On DSP

This paper analyzes the study and development of the distributed power grid transformer terminal unit. Based on the demand of the distribution automation system and the common project problem, a new transformer terminal unit(TTU) is studied. Firstly, this paper synthetically compared the familiar intra-class products used in the present power department by analyzing their problems coming forth in the practice applications, and brought forth an integrated settling scheme by using the single DSP chip (Motorola DSP56827). This chip congregated the virtues of MCU and DSP, which has the powerful abilities of operation and control at a time. Based on the demand and macro-scheme, this paper explicitly introduced the hardware and software design.
