| Distribution transformers are electrical devices which influence power supply quality to customers. So it is a key task of distribution automation to monitor distribution transformers real timely and effectively.The paper expatiate the functions and performance of TTU, analyzed and compared the algorithm and implement methods of TTU in detail. Having studied achievement and development made in domestic and abroad, the paper brought forward a new type of TTU which has more functions, more performance and more market-competency aiming at the current device defects.After comparing, expounds an intelligent project which uses the control with CPU and process data with DSP, to devise software and software. T Use the LPC2292 MCU and TMS320F206 DSP chip to achieve. The 101 communication protocols of international electric power standard are adopted to improve its compatibility.In the controlling part, we introduced the Circuit Design of LPC2292. To include, GPRS communication using RS232 to achieve, the Interferences design to witch inputs and switch out puts, LCD liquid crystal display and Key Control, uses FM3130 to extended storage, CAN-bus expansion and Implementation of the level conversion circuit. Control functions implemented at this circuit.In the data processing part, we introduced the peripheral circuit design and chip configuration for TMS320VC5409 DSP. This part performs the computing function. By the A/D converter MAX125 to capture the three-phase voltage and current analog converter, and then processed into TMS320F206.There are another functions, such as analyzing harmonies, to boost up the functionality of TTU because of the strong data processing ability of DSP.Author test with comparing to the results got from standard device, we are assured of the correctness of hardware and software design.The system has abundant convenient operation, such as convenient operation, Low cost, convenient to setup and maintenance, easy to development and extend. |
