Substation staffs have took care of the question that how to create switching sequences by computer. At present, the computer aided creating switching sequences system have problems such as unsatisfactory generalization, maintenance and, shortage of dealing with abnormal situation. According to the above shortcomings, this paper adopts the technology of expert system to design and realize a creating switching sequences automatically or through selecting device from wiring diagram while equipment is in normal or not.The paper solves the following key problems:On the basis of analyzing the unusual equipment treatment method of the substation, the paper points out the difference between usual and unusual situation, add operating task classification message to show operating regulations. Thus the usual and unusual situation can be dealt with in uniform.Through dividing operating tasks into many subtasks in order, the system can utilize initial status and object to express the task including " repetitive operation".In the system of generate operate order through select device from wiring diagram, it divide operate regular into several layer according to importance, the system not only prevent mistake of prime equipment operation but also guarantee exactness of second equipment from a certain degree.The system, to generate operation order automatically, divides operation regulations into primary and secondary parts. The reasoning machine for primary equipment is developed based on the backward tracking searching strategy with inspiration information.Through an analysis of coding of the equipment, the paper put forward the template technology based on equipment code to reducing users' workload of maintenance.This paper uses Delphi combined with Access database to develop this system, which has already been applied to the Fuzhou 220kv substation training system.
