An On-line Expert System To Deal With Alarm Information Of Centralized Control Substation

After the power supply company adopted no person on duty in the substations below 220kV, all the messages and information were gathered to the supervisory control center and were displayed in the sort of time. All kinds of measurements act in a high frequency. Especially, when accident happened in the power grid, The person on duty will be dazzled and uncertain what to do. He may easily leave out some important warning message, and fail to handle in time. Therefore, there is an urgent need to install an Expert System on the supervisory control workstation, which can handle the running messages of the substation, sort out fault warning messages, help to judge and handle breakdowns.First, we define the measurement in kinds for the display in many tabs. For the requirement of the supervisory control, We make the messages displayed in 6 tabs, such as time sequence, the suggestive, the warning, the accidental, the examine and repair, the not relocating. Secondly, we establish expert system repository for warning messages in substations, and adopt forward inference and fuzzy technology, which can realize logical judgment for a single warning event or relative warning events, and then find out causes, take measurements.We develop the expert systems to deal with alarm information of centralized control substation based on the NARI OPEN2000 SCADA system, using multiplatform language—Qt with Object-Oriented design. It is an on-line expert system.
