| This paper comes from the actual project, which has powerful maneuverability and the larger business value. This paper mainly involves in the establishment of fault information system, which based on the private communication net and the Electric Power System. The TCP/IP technology and IEC60870-5-104 are adopted as well. After analyzing the Lanzhou Electric Power Communication System, the method which is used to set up the fault information system has been determined. The IEC60870-5-104 standard is applied to the data transmission is another decision. To ensure the real-time transmission of fault information, the paper emphasizes on researching the performances of data transmission in real-time and reliability. A VC program is written to verify the accuracy of the possibility of data transmission via fabric communication net based on TCP/IP. According to the real situation, the paper provides the different methods to acquire data. |
