With the rapid advance of smart grid construction and the rapid development of information technology,it is accelerating the rapid improvement of the automation,information and intelligence level of hydropower stations.Data acquisition system is an important part and data portal of the monitoring system for centralized control center of hydropower stations,which mainly undertakes the data acquisition task of the whole centralized control system,including long-distance communication,information exchange,protocol processing,data communication with other systems and data forwarding etc.Most of the existing data acquisition systems are constructed in a tightly coupled manner,and each application function module are packaged in a single project,which fails to realize the effective separation and decoupling of function level,makes it difficult to carry out distributed development and deployment,and makes it difficult to maintain and upgrade the system.In the actual industrial operation process,the performance bottleneck of data acquisition system of this tight coupling structure in data throughput capacity,real-time,reliability and scalability has become increasingly prominent,which has been difficult to meet the demand of current intelligent hydropower station construction.Therefore,combining with advanced information technology,it is necessary to research and develop a set of data acquisition system to meet the development needs of the centralized control business of intelligent hydropower stations.In this paper,the overall design of the data acquisition system of hydropower stations is carried out,which involves the design of hardware and software architecture as well as the design of historical database.Aiming at the problem of close coupling of each functional module in the existing data acquisition system,the system is decoupled with the help of Service-Oriented Architecture,and the original centralized system is transformed into a loosely coupled distributed system.Meanwhile,IEC60870-5-104 protocol processing method based on asynchronous event-driven mechanism is proposed to improve the stability of data acquisition.In addition,aiming at the shortcomings of compatibility and maintainability of traditional Client/Server(C/S)mode system,an implementation scheme of constructing system human-computer interaction subsystem based on Browser/Server(B/S)mode is put forward,which enables users to access the system via browser without downloading and installing complex client software,and has strong flexibility.Moreover,the deployment of the system to the cloud platform can make full use of the technical advantages of cloud technology,and improve the reliability and scalability of the system.Based on the actual application demand of centralized control center construction project of small hydropower stations in a certain basin in Guangxi,this paper designs and implements a set of data acquisition system of hydropower stations using Microsoft.Net framework.By accessing the actual engineering data,the system is put into online operation.The operation results show that the system can effectively break through the bottleneck of existing data acquisition system and meet the development requirements of future intelligent hydropower station centralized control business.
