Not only is rational water resource development and construction of junior water electricity favorable to country and people, but also can critically speed up region economic development and abridge area economic discrepancy as an abundance of water power in my country. However, it is very difficult for junior water producing electricity to be content with criterion of country and realize power unit grid and energy share. Based on the background, the thesis exploits generator protection aiming at small capacity in order to enhance generator automation run level.This thesis, through the study and analysis of a couple of algorithms that are free from decaying DC, comments on their respective advantages and disadvantages and presents an algorithm based on compensation. The practicability has been proved in principle. This algorithm doesn't need to know the concrete decaying time constant. Second, this thesis analyses algorithm precision in case of frequency fluctuation and presents improving measures.Finally, this thesis disserts modularization and importance of modularized structure of software engineering idea. Based on the above, this thesis completes all aspects of module's standardization and device development, at the same time; the device has been done a lot of form tests and dynamic tests, and obtained very good result.
