Study On The Environment Of Modern Residential Districts

With the development of city, the objective constructing has changed from just meeting adequate subsistence to comfortablity. Therefore, the comprehensive quality of the residential districts becomes the focus for architects. In the design of contemporary residential districts, many of which have paid more attention to outward appearance than quality, and to environment rather than cultural circumstance. For these reason, the revial of family happiness among traditional residence and addition of vitality to the city development would be the core factor of the future residence design.This paper analyses the environment of residential districts by the System Theory, Build the theory frame of the residential districts researching; then discuss the hunmanistic environment of residential districts baseing on the System Theory; On the basis of analysizing human behavior and psychology, T his paper studies the humanistic design method of residential districts environment from these basic compom ents: landscape ,road ;and building. At last ,P ut forward the approach of holistic design method in residential environment .By applying this method into the example of Xi' an Cui Wei -YuanVilla district.
