Study On The Design Of Dwelling Space Of Core Family Housing

Today, the house build in our country is staying at the period from meeting basic needs to making good life and from quantity to quality. There's more and more attentions paid to protect and improve the dwelling quality of the middle-low income people. Comfort, economy and applicability are the basic spots on the study of dwelling space design.The studies or designs about housing which start from the number of family members, often ignore different characters in different families and different requirements of every member; then it can't adapt the life changing during the life cycle. To make the housing good applicability, we must do more studies about the characters of different family and it's dwelling space.The thesis takes core family as the object of study ,starting with the basic theory of architecture, using the method of architectural programming, combining the other research, according to the results of dwelling conditions on-the-spot investigation, it then discusses the life character, life style, and dwelling requirement existing in core family. Specially, it discusses the design according, the standard of scale, the ubiety of space and the tendency of dwelling space design about bed room, living room, kitchen and repast space. It also discusses the usable area and the space organize pattern of the dwelling size, emphasizes the economy , applicability and uncertainty of dwelling space. At last some good schemes are used to prove the conclusions again.
