Research On House Type Design Of Two-generation-dwelling Under Background Of Family Surpporting

With the development of society,our family life pattern and family structure have changed dramatically.Meanwhile,the process of population ageing is constantly developing,aging population problem has became a social hotspot.Our country at present has formed three main forms of endowment models:family supporting,social supporting and family supporting + social services.China is a country with a focus on filial piety and feedback of love,family supporting for the elderly has always been the mainstream of society.Two-generation-dwelling is the main architectural form that suits a family with seniors.This form provides room and space that could be divided or integrated for family lives of two generations,which ensures independent and free living of the two generations and that the two generations could look after each other.Therefore,this apartment form has become more and more popular in the society.The design of two-generation-dwelling is also particularly important.This article is based on such a background,we have choosed the house type of two-generation-dwelling as the research object,learned the development experience of two-generation-dwelling of home and abroad,and combined analysis of typical cases.Based on the living objects of two-generation-dwelling,we have studied the characteristics of the habitants and the problems and contradictions of two generations living together.Through the analysis of the activities of the habitants of family life,we have presented four basic functional space of an average family residential unit.Two-generation-dwelling is the superposition of two family life circle.We have combined with the four basic function space and summed up five house types and done the further interpretation on this basis.The house types of two-generation-dwelling is based on space division of privacy and publicity.Five house types represent the fusion of different degree.They can be divided into cohabitation pattern and neighbour pattern.They are public main used space in the cohabitation pattern,and the neighbour pattern is not so but neighbour.This article has discussed the research background,learned the house types of two-generation-dwelling and how to design it.The research of two-generation-dwelling are somewhat helpful to understand the two-generation-dwelling and design the house types of two-generation-dwelling.
