Trajectory energy dissipator, as one of main dissipator ways of hydropowerstation that locate in deep valleys and with high water head and large dischargecapacity, is much effective. But discharge atomization causing from trajectory energydissipator is often serious and has badly impact on downstream rock slope stability,which is arousing attention of some domestic and oversea scholars. Base on this,following studies are done in this paper. To begin with, the complexity of discharge atomization of hydroelectric station isqualitatively analyzed. It is clear that, no matter it is theory analysis or prototype measurement, allhave their limitations. It is difficult in calculating the influence scope and extent of dischargeatomization even if adopt several methods to solve it. Secondly, the complexity of geologic problem of rock slope is analyzed in detail.The result shows that the Deterministic parsing is deficiency in analyzing suchproblem, and that there is a great deviation compares the explicit value, solution ofabstract mathematic model, with actual value. As an example, the discharge atomization of Longyang hydroelectric station,acting on rock slope, is given. The mechanism of landslide is analyzed withTri-dimension Finite-Element method and Tri-dimension Seepage Field Analysis. Theresult shows that there is much deficiency in conventional method, and that muchindeterminacy factor can't be got with Deterministic parsing. Combining with Deterministic method, the Fuzzy Synthesis Evaluating model isfound. The influence of Rock Slope stabilization, causing by hydropower stationdischarging atomization, is evaluated with this model. The result shows that only withthis Combining method can the satisfactory evaluating outcome be got. At last, some practice advices is put forward on the basis of the result of FuzzySynthesis Evaluating of the processed Longyangxia Hushan slope. In this paper, the correlation element set, that is a variable space, is adopted. Itmay be biased, but isn't affecting the reliability of its outcome. Because this set ischangeable with the change of the analysis condition and objective. It is clear that thismethod is very versatile and reliable and can be used in engineering evaluating.
