The causation that in contact with inside and outside effect-factors which has reconstruction for slope causes the slope breakage. The reasons for slide slopes may various in different situation. Some of them are related to intrinsic characteristics of the slopes, among which are the geologic structures, the terrain landform, the hydrology geology structure and the micro-landform. At the same time, the outer influencing factors, like climatic conditions, precipitation, soil erosion, change of water table, weathering action, earthquakes and human activities, also play important roles in the stability of slope stability. According to the investigation and analysis of unstable slopes, it indicates that nearly all the landslides are water related, and that the existence and change of ground water are the main causes of landslide. The factors that influence the stability of atomization slope in flood discharge energy-disappear space at the Nuozhadu Hydropower Station are very complicated. Base on this, for the stability of atomization slope in the Nuozhadu Hydropower Station, combining real geologic circs of project space, analyses about the inside and outside effect-factors of slope are done. Discuss the infection of the slope that caused by the changes of hydrology condition from rain fall to discharging atomization, following studies are done in this paper.Discharge atomization as important human-factor effects the stability of sloe, on account of dissimilarities between discharge atomization and rainfall. The primary contents are as follows:(1) Basic geological condition and hydro-geological condition can be investigated by getting across the study of geological environment conditions, for studying instability mode and mechanism of slope and can offer gist of the boundary condition for the mode. (2) The inside factor affects the stability of slope including landform, rock structure, hydrology condition. Studying the inside factors, potential breakage mode of slope is analyzed. Stability of slope is calculated by limit equilibrium method for studying the stability of slope.(3) During engineering operation in Nuozhadu Hydropower Station, discharging atomization causes the change of water environment about slope, that is important outside factor cause the slope breakage. The complexity of discharge atomization of hydroelectric station is qualitatively analyzed. Combined with theory analysis, prototype measurement and observed datum to forecast the influence scope and extent of discharge atomization.(4) Secondly, on the bases of studying the engineering geological conditions of the slope, the seepage filed of the slope under the atomized rain is calculated by Visual Modflow. Analyzing the environment destroyed mode caused by distortion of the slope, combining charges of the groundwater, to fine stability of calculating by limit equilibrium method excavated slope, make sure the extent of the slope stability, and putting forward advanced opinions.(5) Analyzing the environment problem caused by discharging atomization and putting forward the alleviation measures.
