Bearing is a basic and important of supporting and service piece for all kinds of mechanical and electrical products, it plays an important role in industrial production. However, bearing always working in the poor environment, which leads it be easily destroyed, so it need to be changed and repaired often, and disassembly plays an important role in the process of change and repair the bearing.Most of the traditional methods to remove bearing like mechanical and flame cooking oil methods present many of defections, such as the bearing may be easily destroyed, and it produces pollution, energy wasting, time consuming, poor heating quality, uncontrollable for results, and so on. Therefore, it is imminent for us to search a new method which can be efficient and energy conservation to remove bearing. In recent years, the fast developing heating induction technology meet the needs of efficient, energy saving, high quality of heating automation and it is a favorable technology of heating induction. And this article discussed the bearing induction heating disassembly technology under this background.Under the research basic of heating induction technology by our senior, this paper discusses the eddy current field and the temperature field in the process of heating induction. The research provides the theory support to the bearing induction heating disassembly system design. This paper mainly contains the following tasks.(1) Based on the basic theory of electromagnetic field, the differential equation of harmonic eddy current field is derived by magnetic vector potential method, and then the finite element mathematical modal in the process of bearing induction heating is derived by Weighted Residual Method.(2) Under the basic of Fourier heat conduction equations, temperature field basic equations of bearing induction heating are established. Then using a triangular element divide the temperature field solution area, and derive the debate difference equation of transient temperature field, and present the synthesis of cell matrix and the equation method.(3) Simulate the electromagnetic field and temperature field of a real bearing induction heating disassembly process. By simulate the electromagnetic field, the distributed characteristics of electromagnetic field is obtained.(4) By simulate the temperature field, the distributed characteristics of temperature field in the bearing induction heating process is obtained. The simulation results certified that the induction heating technology apply to the bearing disassembly is feasible, and the results are validated by comparison with practical heating results, which can approve the validity and feasibility of the method used in this paper.
