This project is a sub-project from an academic institution, where an automatic measurement and control system is required to test active temperature and revertive temperature. Therefore, making full use of the integrate principle of mechanism, senor, electronics, liquid, computer technology and as so on, a suit of feasible measurement and control scheme is designed based on that the requirement of the system is analyzed completely.A temperature-controlled scheme was decided that adopted a testing block and the temperature of the testing block was controlled to make use of liquid before some characteristics of heat exchange on solid, liquid and gas were studied carefully, according to the theory of mechanism and heat exchange. A temperature-controlled device has been development based on the temperature-controlled scheme.Using integrated module' idea, an electric scheme of measurement and control was decided that was a core of PC based on comparing some kinds of schemes prudently. What's more, an electric system has been built.A new temperature-controlled algorithm has been developed, where fuzzy control was a core. Some characteristics of the temperature-controlled device and the electric system were considered in the virtual instrument algorithm. Measurement precision of Pt100 was improved to integrate with Pt100's characteristic. A Data Base Management System was build by taking advantage of PC.We have designed correspondence software based on virtual instrument and front end interface using Visual Basic 6.0 .Finally the system was tested carefully and proved to meet prescriptive requirement because it still worked normally since last year.
