| In this study, I applied hybrid simulation technique to design new type of ABS Testing System to deal with the deficiency of the ABS Testing Systems which are used for teaching and research.I applied hybrid simulation theory and similitude rule to construct math model of vehicle locomotive inertia and braking force of road by analysis of process braking on the road and testing system with dynamic mechanics.I took Santana2000GSI for object to design and make ABS Bedstead Test System whose main tusk is to measure and control, and this test system is mainly composed by system which is to simulate vehicle locomotive inertia and braking force. Hardware of system is mainly composed by bedstead, industrial computer, data acquisition board, direct current magnetic grain clutch, reducer, sensors and Santana2000GSI braking system. System software is mainly composed by control module, data acquisition module .condition control module, data storage module and data read module.The system to test and control is developed by VISUAL C++ and Labview. Procedure to test and control developed by Labview is driven by DLL developed by VISUAL C++ and C language.We develop program to test and control .aimed at simulating and testing vehicle work condition. The system to simulate vehicle career is aimed to simulate vehicle locomotive inertia and vehicle speed, which is closed loop and speed alterable system. System to simulate vehicle wheel braking force is a open loop force delivering control system.We have tests after debugging. Elementary result of experiment indicates that system which has been designed and developed can work under every road conditions when ABS works.Problem will be researched and resolved:Considering that facing object programming method can be used in Labview up version6.1, we should use message mechanism response affairs and program will work more efficiently .We can use this method in improving research.We should discuss the possibility to apply former feedback, fuzzy control, forecast control on the system.The existing system can not deal and analyze the data well and it need to be developed more .The system electricity need to be design wholly to decrease cost and increase system reliability. |
