With the release of the national motor vehicle pollutant emission standard in the sixth stage,hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)has become a hot research field.With the development of automobile industry,the performance requirements of automobile powertrain are getting higher and higher,so automobile enterprises must speed up the design and research and development of automobile powertrain system.During the verification of the control strategy and related functions of the road model,the whole depot has higher requirements for the performance test bench of the hybrid powertrain.The method is mainly embodied in the premise of meeting the basic functions,and also has the requirements of high integration level,high data acquisition precision,flexible equipment communication and low development cost and the like.The research content of this paper is to design and develop a set of hybrid powertrain performance test system for a 48 V micro-hybrid engine powertrain of an entire car factory,which can be used to verify the control strategy of the whole vehicle road model and the related functions of the hybrid powertrain under WLTP working conditions.Firstly,in this article,the structures of different micro-hybrid power systems are compared,and the characteristics,structure and working principle of micro-hybrid powertrain systems with different structures are analyzed.Compared with the test standards of NEDC and WLTP cycle road conditions,the application of PID parameter tuning technology in 48 V motor control strategy is studied.Secondly,according to the design standard of the test bench of hybrid power assembly,the hardware architecture of the system and the interface of man-machine interaction are designed,and the corresponding software system is developed.Through the research of measurement and control technology and communication bus protocol in the measurement and control system,the compilation of the most critical Simulink road model and driver block diagram in the system is completed.Finally,through the road simulation model ignition test,verify that the formula resistance algorithm is correct.According to the analysis of the experimental data,it is shown that the road model of WLTP vehicle studied in this paper is correct.Through many tests,it is proved that the performance test system can meet the functional requirements of the test stage.LabVIEW is worth popularizing and applying in thefield of hybrid electric vehicle research and development.
