For practice teaching of course “Automotive Electronics Technology” in college graduate,this thesis develop a engine test and control system.First of all,the present situation of research and application is reviewed for domestic and foreign automobile testing equipment.Then CAN bus communication technology and the traditional K line diagnostic protocol are introduced based on CAN bus onboard diagnostic protocol.Then the communication module hardware is developed using STM32F103 chip as the main control chip,and TJA1050 chip and CP2102 chip as interfaces.The communication software is developed using C language according to the ISO14230,ISO15765 and other commonly used diagnostic protocol.The upper computer software is developed with LabVIEW virtual instrument graphic tools.The system can be used for vehicle data monitoring,vehicle fault diagnosis and data flow acquisition.Using the developed system and a experimental vehicle,a experimental platform is set up,the data of the automobile engine obtained by the system is compared with the data read by the symbol X431 decoder,and the system function is verified.The system has been applied to the teaching practice of automobile detection and diagnosis technology,automobile engine electronic control technology.Compared with the traditional engine teaching equipment,the system software has a beautiful interface,rich in function and reduces the cost.The system uses a common car diagnostic interface,which can be connected to the projector for teaching demonstration,has a certain application value.
