The Condition-Based Diagnosis Of Electric Actuator Based On Neural Networks

Condition-based diagnosis of facility is an integrated subject, which is composed due to the practical requirement of industry process. It diagnoses the whole conditions of facility. At present, condition-based diagnosis has been used in most main facilities, but not in thermal facilities in our power plant. With the increase of the capacity in power plant, the request of the thermal facilities is higher in the produce process and the facilities are maintained by the operating conditions. So, combined the condition-based diagnosis and thermal facilities in power plant has great value for research. As the thermal facility of electric actuator in power plant, this paper introduces the condition-based diagnosis based on neural networks, research and experiment results proved its validities and feasibilities.
