On the basis of the object of electrostatic precipitator (ESP), to realize the real-time control, a design expert control system operation platform combined fuzzy control with expert rules is proposed. Feedback the signal of nephelometer, it proposes a new way to construct ESP on-line supervising-control and diagnoses system. The supervisory platform(SCP) can realize on-line control and optimize whack period and power of electrostatic precipitator; it also can realize the on-line control and monitor, give an alarm and make a diagnosis, curve the dynamic real-time data ,print,insert,delete ,backup rules . VC develops the downstage software of the SCP; the background database management adopts SQL Server2000. The upper software system is opted to configure the spot technics parameter; it can display the moving states of the equipment.
