The design and implementation of cross-platform substation supervisory controlinformation publishing system is introduced in this thesis. Among three publishingmethods, the one which use Web technology has more superiority than the traditional.The thesis expounds particularly the cross-platform of Java, and such key technologyas Web Server development technology and software system structure are discussed. Thethree-tier structure based on Java platform is then selected and the source code of eachfunction model is developed. Finally,the running environment of this system is disposedand some problems in optimization of Java programming and improvement of databaseaccess efficiency are summarized.In a word,using Java technology to develop the cross-platform substation supervisory control information publishing system has wellforegrand in practice.
