In this thesis the development of Noncontact Monitoring Technologies on steam turbine blade are compared and analyzed by the numbers, the theoretical measuring formula of bending vibrant blade is ratiocinated, and the Principle of Modal Analyzing on steam turbine blades are also summarized. The inspecting system of steam turbine blades is founded according as the mathematical model of dynamic data measuring on steam turbine blades. Computer simulation has been made out and experiment on blades has been done in lab. We got that the inspecting system of steam turbine blades based on the model discontinuous phase method is feasible and has a good perspective in engineering application.
