In this thesis the actuality and development of monitoring blade vibration in China and abroad is summarized.Only one capacitance probe is used with another used as tachometer adapter. Compare with old method used strain gauge, this method can detect all fins, and has higher reliability and accuracy. It avoids the problem of setting several sensors which is difficult and costly. A high accuracy system of vibration measurement on rotational blade has been developed in this dissertation. Moreover emluator and experimentation are used to study the method's which is validation and well foreground. The thesis discusses the method to deal with the signals and gain the dynamic frequency while downsampling.
