Analyzing Organic Architecture

Organic Architecture, which appeared on early last century, is one of the contemporary architecture movements. Inspired by the non-linearity and creative forces of nature and biological, Organic Architecture is poetry, changeable, characterful; its cognition of architecture is defined by environment. It embodies harmony of place, person and architecture.Based on reflecting on the contemporary architecture, this article gives a refresh comprehension to Organic Architecture through analyzing its historical background and conception. Meanwhile, the paper researches an essence of design ideas to Organic Architecture though rereading some of famous organic Architecture and changing of organic architects' Organic thinking in the one hundred year.
