Cleanroom is the most important and representative facility of air cleaning technology that creates cleaning microenvironment. It's working space where cleanliness meets desired class. Now the air cleaning system of cleanroom has developed perfect relatively. But compact assembling cleanroom in hospital need further development and perfection. The assembling cleanroom is used for preventing cross infections and transmission of infectious disease. In hospital, isolation nursing technology and strengthened environment cleaning are used for preventing infections. So the assembling cleanroom is local cleaning environment where need design ail-roundly and scientifically. Firstly, it needs cleaning environment. Secondly, it can satisfy various functions and prevent cross infections maximatily.By study on cleaning system of assembling cleanroom, contaminating material concentration formulas in the condition of steady-state and unsteady are deduced. The change of contaminating material concentration after installing electrostatic filter in air supply duct is compared. The contaminating material concentration formulas at different height of assembling cleanroom are deduced. The range of air exchange rate of assembling cleanroom is deduced by theoretical derivation and experimental findings. The change of indoor contaminating material concentration is dynamical simulated by adjusting the flow of fiowrator. At the same time, the path formulas of simulate pollutant source is modified by experiment, and providing theoretical base for dynamic simulation. By linear regression analyzing of the concentration of plankton microbe and settling microbe, we get the relationship between plankton microbe, settling microbe and air exchange rate, which reflect the randomness of bacterium in dynamic state. Controlling the pressure difference effectively by adjusting forced draught blower and exhaust blower. Comparing the jet fluid of different supply-air outlet, the diffuse pore plate is suit to assembling cleanroom. The resistance of electrostatic filter is lower than HEPA by comparing. Finally, the synthesis performance of new system with electrostatic filter is higher than three-class filter system by fuzzy appraisement method.
