Along with the development of numerical control technique, it is so convenient to control motion in system of robot and numerical control machine for all kind of motion controllers appeared. And that the biggest factor to effect the system performance in numerical control system is the controller of servo. But the price of those controller is too expensive in the current market So developing a kink of low-priced, current, opening and real time motion controller that can make good use of the abundant software and hardware resource of computer is great significant to development of midtype and minitype numerical control system.Motion controller composed of general chip series is developed and Quadruple differential circuit utilizing dual monostable multivibrators with Schmitt trigger inputs and dual 4_line to l_line data selectors or multiplexers is put forward. Hardware framework of the system is based on ISA buses of general PC or IPC, including 12_bit multiplying D/A conversion, time interrupt, pulse receiving, zero check and on-off and warning circuit. Software framework is put forward based on the technical programming the CMOS/Real Timer Clock, adopting VtoolsD to programme VxD and real-time position control of servo electromotor is realized. So the key problem of developing NC in the Windows is solved. And, PID controller is designed, PID control arithmetic is programmed, parameters of control system are adjusted online, experiment is researched and the result is analyzed. Experimental result showed that programming CMOS/RTC,realizing high precision time through program VxD along with PID arithmetic in the interrupt can meet the require of high precision position control of servo electromotor.
