The Research On The "Design Guidence" Of The Controlled Urban Design Function Duality System In Operation

This paper is the third section of the series of our research group.Based on the discussion of the controlling urban design in our fisrt section, this paper will focus on the function of "design guidence" and discuss it in details.Just as what we have brought forward,the urban design function system is seemed as technology and a design program. Function duality system of urban design illuminatd by this article, is a research on this thesis for urban design operations. Inthis funcion system we will focus on the design categery,funcions,operation procedure and power in use.The main content invovled in this paper is just as follows:1, The definition of the function system of design guidence in controlling urban design;2, The status of the function system of design guidence in controlling urban design;3, The content of the function system of design guidence;4, The internal relation between the function system of design guidence and develop restriction. Just as what is said above,the core of this paper is mainly focused on the coordination about thecontent of the function system of design guidence. As we all know, most current urban design in China can not come to realization.. Despite of many adverse impersonal reasons.there are many shortcomingss in urban design in itself.So with the research on the function system of design guidence,we would try to look for a series of policies and a useful procedure to make the urban designs more viable in practice.
