The Design And Development Of Dispatching Sheet Expert System In Lanzhou Power Network

Writing electric power network dispatching operation sheets is an important method that ensure electric power network to operate safely. The management departments of electric power require that we must write operation sheets and the qualified rate of operation sheets must be 100%. Dispatching Operation Sheet Expert System (DOSES) in the dispatching center is an important part of expert system application in power systems. It introduces an objective oriented expert system for power system operation management in dispatching center. Based on objective oriented analysis and design techniques, a practical expert system is developed, which incorporates functions such as network topology searching, knowledge production and derivation processing and etc. In this thesis the main achievements are summarized as follows: 1. It designs the main function of DOSES. 2. It advances a point of view that represents power system structure and equipment property with relationship database which reduce redundancy of database and keep consistency of data for improving search efficiency.3. Based on objective oriented analysis and design techniques, a practical expert system is developed, which incorporates functions such as network topology searching, knowledge production and derivation processing.
