Study On The Landscape Design Of The Urban Waterfront On The Loess Plateau Based On The Ecology

As the link of the artificial environment and the natural environment, the urbanwaterfront which is the main element of the composition of the city makes up the unique landscape of the region, moreover it is the city life carrier.With mounts and valleys to and fro, and the serious soil-lost situation, the surface situation of the loess plateau is very complicated. Though the river of loess plateau has dried up, the waterfront has great impact on urban life. Therefore, the research has important meanings to the steady and safety of the ecological environment of the city of the loess plateau.Firstly, the paper looks back on the courses of the past and the present situation of the waterfront of the city. Secondly, the paper analyses the distinguishing features of the ecology environment of the loess plateau and the behavior psychology in this kind of environment. Then the paper introduces the landscape of the Fenhe Park in Taiyuan and on the basis of the example it puts forward the principles and ways of the landscape design of waterfront of the city on the loess plateau.The paper bases on the trans-disciplinary theory and the key words waterfront ,landscape are defined and explained. Furthermore, the paper analyses the problems in the landscape of the waterfront and analyses the examples and makes initial research that bases on the theory of the urban design and the landscape-ecology.
