To compare with the calendar machines with four rollers in configuration imported by some tire factories of China in recent years, we found the technique of China for the process parameter automatically inspect system and automatically control system were behind the times. For examples, the process parameters automatically inspect and control system for speed of equipment, tension before and behind the main machine, temperature of drying/cooling ,roller, length and width of tire cord fabrics are backward in technique. Some research organizations and institutes of China have developed the automatically inspect and control system for thickness of tire cord fabrics, but these systems are not suit for long term production at the tire factory. The automatically inspect and control system for thickness of tire cord fabrics is not equipped for the calendar machines that made in China up to now. Because of the thickness of tire cord fabrics is measured and controlled by manual, the quality of products cannot be guaranteed and a lot of rubber compound were wasted.In the article, the data process and data read of the other calendaring process parameters have designed. In addition, the abilities and inspect principle of several famous foreign company's calendar machine introduced. This technique is compared with similar techniques of several domestic companies. Several domestic companies and institutes, research and produce course of the automatically inspect and control system is briefly introduced. The application circumstances at production site are also introduced. After compares the automatically inspect and control system introduced in the article with the foreign companies' similar system in the price, the system that we developed have good competition ability in the market.
