| The testing and packaging of aluminum substrates is an important process before the aluminum substrates leave the factory.At present,the testing of aluminum substrates is mainly based on thickness measurement,and the method of sampling is adopted.The packaging of aluminum substrates is mainly manual.On one hand,the sampling inspection cannot guarantee the consistency of the product thickness.On the other hand,the sampling and packaging work takes a long time and is rigid and single,with high labor costs and low efficiency.With the continuous improvement of the requirements for the thickness accuracy and consistency of the aluminum substrate and the rising labor costs,the pressure on enterprises is increasing,which seriously affects the sustainable development of enterprises.In response to the above problems,the thesis has developed a set of automatic online thickness testing and packaging systems for aluminum substrates,which can complete automatic online thickness testing,packaging and production data processing functions,and meet the technical needs of enterprises.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)By analyzing the technical requirements of the enterprise,the overall scheme design of the system was completed and the system layout and overall work flow were explained in detail.The principle of automatic thickness measurement of the system and the design process of mechanical structure were introduced.By studying the manipulator trajectory planning method,an automatic packaging site based on the manipulator was designed,and the principle of automatic packaging and the structure design process were introduced in detail.(2)The system simulation model was established based on Flexsim,which simulated the working process of the system and the production efficiency of key sites,and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the designed scheme.(3)A set of PLC-based control system was designed,and the functions of the control system and the selection process of key components were introduced in detail.The data communication plan of the main link of the system upper computer,lower computer,and enterprise production management system was designed and the communication protocol development work was completed.Completed all the software design and development of the lower computer,and realized all the control and communication functions of the system.(4)The debugging process of the main functions of the system was introduced,and the whole system assembly and debugging work and all functional tests were completed.The test results indicate that the designed system met all technical requirements and reached the design goals.At present,the designed system has been delivered to customers for normal production for nearly one year,and the work is stable and reliable.Through actual tests,the UPH of the system is greater than 3500 pieces.The system thickness test resolution is less than 0.3um,and the accuracy is higher than ±0.5um.Compared with manual operation,the designed system has a high degree of automation,reduces 2 operators,nearly doubles the efficiency,stable and reliable product quality,and greatly reduces the rejection rate. |
