Research On The Plan Of Urban Type For Eco-Agricultural Park--A Case Study Of Kaifeng High Profit Eco-Agricultural Park

In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, and the continual promotion of citizens' seeking for higher living quality, the demand for comfortable town environment and diversities of recreational spaces becomes acute. Such demands are generally satisfied by urban green systems. Nevertheless, the existing town green spaces such as parks, squares have constructional problems, which can't meet the requirement and bring about new urban problems. At present, the new and stringent problems confronting our modem city construction are as follows: under the concept of modem city construction with nature blended into the city plan, what kind of nature is to be introduced into city and how to combine nature and city in harmony is the key. The paper brings forward the concepts of introducing agricultural science and technology parks into cities, developing an urban type of eco-agricultural parks into a new model with city green space extending significantly.Through analysing the functional characteristics of the urban type ecological agricultural parks, the advantages of parks compared with existing city green spaces and the available resources conditions during the course of construction and development of parks, the feasibility and development of future parks as a new model of city green space have been verified. Meanwhile, the paper searches for a plan of an urban type of eco-agricultural parks based on the combination of city ecology, sight ecology, economy ecology, recreation and sustainable development. Several aspects have been researched, such as functional orientation and items selection, sight layout, recreation layout, eco-agricultural areas, and industrialization. Organic combination of production ecology, and living function of parks is achieved. The harmony of three benefits of economy, environment and society is desired. Finally, the Kaifeng high-profit Ecological Agricultural Park with advanced techniques is an example for demonstration and applied research in this paper.The results show, the urban type eco-agricultural park plan, which follows the principles of the organic combination of the three functions and the harmony of the three benefits, has innovation in theory and maneuverability in practice. The planning method can help guide the construction and development of parks. The new model can satisfy city demands and ultimately promote the sustainable development of cities in a favorable way.
