On the basis of reading a vast amount of the domestic and international information , and understanding the research current situation of reliability tests of forklift trucks, the author makes research on reliability analysis method and FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) method of the forklift truck in intensive tests. On the basis of investigating and studying two working conditions of the forklift truck: user actual use and intensive test, reliability intensive test method ,which is regulated in the fork lifttruck current standard diesel counterbalanced forklift truck-type accreditation test, is expounded and proved in the working conditions setup, work force and fault modes. By contrasting and analyzing, the reliability intensive test method of diesel counterbalanced forklift truck is proved rational, the method also is widely adopted in forklift truck trades at presentAccording to the characteristics of the forklift truck failure data in intensive test, the random process theory is applied in the paper. Two kinds of mathematical models of the forklift truck in intensive test and their formulas of parameters estimation are established; Thereby the cumulative failure strength function of the forklift truck in intensive test is obtained. The author also applies the Related-index-method (RIM) to verify the analysis results.FMEA theory is firstly applied in intensive tests of forklift trucks. According to actual failures of the forklift truck in intensive tests, FMEA method of the forklift truck in intensive tests is established. Moreover, hydraulic pressure system of the forklift truck is given as an example. FMEA method of the forklift truck in intensive test is actually applied in the paper.
