Electrostatic precipitators act an important role in decreasing the dust poured intothe air .The power supply control system (PSCS) for electrostatic precipitation is veryimportant for improving the efficiency of the electrostatic precipitators. This dissertation introduces the principle of electrostatic precipitator, as well as therelationship between the efficiency of precipitator and the electric parameters of PSCS. The key techniques of the PSCS are discussed and high voltage power supplycontrol systems are designed. The high voltage PSCS is capable of tracking the highestrunning voltage automatically and making the electrostatic precipitator work under itslimit parameters. The most obvious and important technical application is PROFIBUS-DP technic.As most advanced technic firstly provided by Siemens ,PROFIBUS has been used in allindustry fields in many countries.In the project we have successed in realizingremote-controll and all-time monitor.
