The traditional power supply for ESP has some shortages such as big volume and low efficiency, we apply new magnetic core,signal processing chip of high efficiency,power electronic devices of high power, design new type of high frequency power supply for electrostatic precipitator.High frequency power supply for electrostatic precipitator has some excellences such as high efficiency,short time of spark recovery and small volume. Firstly, we ascertain the highest power of the power supply in the way of studying the current and the voltage needed in the electric field of the electrostatic precipitator, then we design a basic circuit for experiment.Secondly, we design high frequency and high power transformer based on the way the design of the electronic transformer; for the high frequency transformer has some characteristics such as high voltage,small volume and using many insulating material, we use the circuit to study the characteristics of the transformer.Then we improve the circuit of the experiment based on the conclusion, make the current and voltage better using of the technology of soft switching and series resonance.The paper introduces the power supply control system based on the TMS320F2812, include of system protection and signal processing. They can make the system quick and solid.We study the advanced control methods of ESP at home and abroad, and then exploit the control method based on controlling the PWM, the paper introduces the twe-stage control algorithm and anti-corona method.We analysis the interference sources of the power system and propose the way to restrain the EMI.Finally a conclusion is made that the device can work well on the base of abundant tests and the development direction in the future is put forward.
