The aviation bearing "661701" is developed as intervening bearing which is also called one way bearing of aviation engine for the 608 Research Institute of Aviation Industry by Luoyang Bearing Science and Technology CD.,LTD. The performance of the bearing is directly associated with the startup. Therefor, it is very important to test the One Way Bearing "661701". Two Electric Spindles are used, One simulates the starter motor, the other simulates engine to drive bearing. In the test, the speed of revolution, temperature, oil supply pressure and other parameter are measured by the Industry Control Computer. At the same time, It detailed demonstrate and carry out the way, which apply housing Electric spindles at generation state to carry out housing toque loading in the joint testing and indirectly estimation housing torque loading by the electromagnetism torque of inner tube Electric Spindles. Thus, the technical problem that the high speed shafting torque loading device and torque sender are difficult to install is solved. And it saves a set of expensive high speed shafting torque loading and measuring device. The outcome fill the blank in the domestic field of torque loading for high speed One Way Bearing test. And it reaches advanced level in our country.The parametric self-adjusting online interpolation fuzzy control is formed by the applying practical interpolation method and parametric self-adjusting method to routine fuzzy control system the system lower the static error and avoid the flutter of routine fuzzy controller. The simulation results prove that this system has rapid dynamic response speed and high steady-state, as well as good following capability and strong robustness.The monitoring and controlling software are developed by Borland C++ Builder 5 for windows. And it has good interface which is easy to operate. All the code designed in module, and it can apply to other program easily.
