The high-speed automatic seaming packer can pack the nubbly products with film, especially used in the area such as foods, chemical products, commodity, medicine, hardware etc. With the requirements of the product packaging is more and more varieties and individuation, the high-speed automatic seaming packer is used more and more prevailing. As present, the most machines of our country copy the imported ones simply. So, in-depth research of the key parts, analysis of the principles, structures, movements and functions, and offer the high-speed automatic seaming packer which has simple and stable structure, more convenient operation, higher automatic level and wider the usage, it is very necessary.Through analyzes the packing techniques, using requirements and the principles of the key part of the high-speed automatic seaming packer, this paper offered an applied, simple, stable and universal driving system which using a new structure form that can adjust the packaging length and the output instead of the single packaging size. In this paper, design principles and structure characteristics of the key parts such as film feeding structure, mid-seem driving structure, end-seem cutter structure have been researched and designed in detail. In this paper, through builing the moving, analyzes the kinematics disciplinarian of the every organ and offers the feasible optimizing structure to meet the packaging technology needs. At the same time, this paper offers an integrated design method to the key parts.This paper designs a mid-seem film driving compensatory device through research the compensatory principles and the compensatory structures. Analyzing a gearing differential compensatory organ can help to increase the reliability of the packaging machines. Through offers a structure that can adapt the change of length and an end-seem cutting swivel shifting structure, makes the multi-function of the packaging machine come true. Integrating the electric control system, this paper offers a driving system structure which can adapt the change of the packaging bag length andcan direct the design and exploitation of other bag packaging machine actively.This paper designs the electric control system can meet the needs of the speed-shifting, compensatory and temperature control. Using frequency inverter can enlarge and adjust the packaging output. The feeding film synchronous control manner that is this paper original research can simple the control circuit and make the feeding film compensatory more reliable. On the temperature control, this paper adapts advanced multiplexing control, which can make the seal temperature more adapt to the film seal. This paper offers a high-speed, reliable, multi-function packaging machine.This paper analysis the moving disciplinarian and structure design using Visual Basic.Net, Inventor software, etc. This method that using computer aided design and analysis can apply to other packaging machine's design and analysis.
