Achievement On Integrative Intelligent Power System Dispatching Operation Assistant System

Dispatching Command Order Sheet Expert System(DCOSES) in the dispatching center is an important part of expert system application in power systems. According to dispatching operation, the problem of it are decision and harmony of operation device and operation succession. It is associated with the reliability of power supply, the pattern of operation and protection, for Command Order Sheet Expert System is very complex. Base on actual condition of FuJian power network, a DCOSES of strong adaptability is developed in the thesis. The main achievements are summarized as follows:1. According to the demand of FuJian power network, intergral design scheme of the Expert System is analysed and formulated. 2.Common cognitive model is researched and built by using the concept of MAS. 3. Rule system and inference machine are developed.4. The interface of SCADA is completed in order to receive real-time data.5. The interface of DMIS is developed and integral management of process of order sheet is achieved.
