Marine power station (MPS) is an important part of shipping and the core of marine electric power system. For the security and economy of marine navigation, MPS plays a pivotal pole. Essential components and working principles of MPS are mainly uniform each other, despite different MPS has different capacity and level of automation. In thesis, after reading lots of documents, according to characteristic, demand of MPS. and electromagnetic and electromechanical transient course of generator, Author designed the mathematical model of marine diesel-engine generator. Through making experimentation of simulation, analyzing curves of simulation, the data of simulation were procured. Marine power station simulation software system (MP4S) were built base on above, including total design, mathematical model of generator, mathematical model of controller and load, simulation for mathematical model etc. Relying on Microsoft . NET Framework, model's structure of system was analyzed and designed by Unified Model Language. Utilizing Object Orient Technology (OOT), Component-Based Development (CBD) and .NET Framework Distributed COM (DCOM), Author developed MP4S. Platform for development is VC#. NET and VC++. NET.A number of simulation-experiments to above-mentioned mathematical models of marine diesel-engine generator have been operated, which include start-up of generator and alter of feeder etc. The simulation results show that mathematical models are according with working fact Software model of generator is made by Runge-Kutta method and COM technology. MP4S can be used for the training for seafarers. The processes of MP4S's modeling, simulating and total realizing can be taken as a reference for relative researches. MP4S's HMI is friendlier than before. It can support the operation of Remote Access on Internet.
