The loader is a kind of engineering machinery with high homework efficiency , having extensive use range. It is applied extensively in building, road, railway, water and electricity, port and national defense to expedite the project, alleviate fatigue, increases engineering quality, lower the engineering cost. It is generally composed of power transmission system, walk device, job device, turn to brakes system, hydraulic system and control system. Its hydraulic system generally includes: job device hydraulic system, turning to the system of hydraulic pressure of the device and gearbox handling hydraulic system. The hydraulic system in the course of using of the loader will present a lot of troubles, among them that the oil is warm and too high is the main factor of producing the trouble. Show according to investigation loader hydraulic systematic job oil while being high is one of the main factors of influencing system, component dependability and the productivity. So how guarantee loader hydraulic system use thermal balance of course in the working order, it is the key to guarantee normal reliable homework of the machine.According to real liquid movement equation we can know that liquid will produce energy losses when flowing because of viscidity, which make systematic efficiency reduce. In the pressure oil circuit with systematic hydraulic, the pressure can be far greater than kinetic energy and potential energy, so the energy of the real liquid on the loss can reflect mainly in the pressure. Hydraulic systematic energy loss make total efficiency of system drop on one hand, on the other hand, which part of energy that lose will be changed into heat energy, make the temperature of the hydraulic oil rise, cause the hydraulic equipment to break down. Domestic designer and maintain teacher to loading the research of too high engine oil is not deep enough , not overall enough of some domestic loaders at present, which have limited the further development of the domestic loader. So it is necessary to carry on deep research and calculation to the thermal balance system of the loader complete machine. Through the analysis of steering and work course to ZL50C - â…¡ wheeled loader, combining experiment data figure, this text make a concrete analysis of loader steering hydraulic system and work device hydraulic system pressure losing and power losing during one work period, moreover, it has pointed out that each component causes the mutual size of proportion of pressure losses, offering the theoretical foundation for the thing that the thermal balance system of the loader complete machine is calculated. We get the following conclusion through analyzing: 1, When steering system of loader is working , the fluid will cause pressure losses while undergoing every component .Diverter is working through utilizing and reducing expenditure throttle work of mouth, so fluid flow through the diverter pressure at lose the most, pressure losses that other components cause are very little. 2, When steering system of loader is working , pressure losses of hydraulic system that component cause are different under various kinds of operating mode, pressure losses that component cause are heavy when turning to at a high speed and pressure losses that component cause are light when turning to at a idle speed. 3, Loader steering hydraulic system adopt " dual pump confluence and diffluence, coaxial flows enlarge, direction have priority to unload and carry on one's shoulder or back hydraulic pressure system ". Hydraulic pump have priority satisfy turning oil circuit use , the rest supply work oil circuit use . So, this not only can guarantee the credibility of turning oil circuit but also can reduce the pumpage of hydraulic pump, having improved the efficiency of the job device, having achieved the energy-conserving purpose.4, The level of the systematic efficiency of the hydraulic system of the loader is the important reason influencing the hydraulic system to generate heat directly.
