| Concrete pump is a sort of crucial construction equipment uesd to transport concrete in my corporation, which is in large amount and considerable variety. And it is of great importance to assure construction quality and time limit for a project. In product, concrete pump hydraulic system is deep analyzed and studied in this paper.Firstly, working theory and structure of concrete pump are lucubrated. And the flowing state of the concrete in duct is analyzed by virtue of the rheology theory. Secondly, the flowing model of concrete in duct is established, with that, the pressure loss of concrete flowing in duct is analyzed, too. Thirdly, The kinematical and dynamic state of the distributing value is analyzed in the case of S type.Finally, on the basis of detailed analysis of the control characteristics for xi' an university of architecture and technology' s research on concrete pump, control system based on the programmable logic controllers is designed. In the system, siemens S7-200series micro-programmable logic controllers is used.
