The production line of the heat power station is the process of an energy conversion. The water functions as medium and carries the important mission of delivering energy in that process .The natural water can't be directly send into the boiler or thermodynamic ductwork before it has been handled. Otherwise it will endanger safe and economy run of the boiler and the thermodynamic ductwork. It is a very important process to filter water in the preparative handling of the replenishment water. Filter can effectively get rid of the suspension in water and attain the request of water quality before taking out satinity or intenerating. Aiming at the defect of efficient fiber filter in production practicing , this text detailed analyzes the reasons of appearing problem. Basing upon basic filter theories. Making use of the condensability of fiber filter material. We rebuilt the design of automatic efficient fiber filter. From automatic type to controlled type and analyzed the results of contrast experiment . Through the running comparisons and data analysis of reformed efficient fiber filter in the same conditions , We confirmed that the function and mobility of the reformed efficient fiber filter had been improved obviously. The experiment result demonstrate:(1) The depurative ability of equipments can be improved through adjusting the density of fiber filter material . The density is more small to then the depurative ability is more big , and the density is more big to then the depurative ability is more small.(2)The fiber filter material influences percolation efficiency. The density is more big to then percolation efficiency is more high, and the density is more small to then the percolation efficiency is more tow.(3)Under the certain turbid request of water, the total water measure will be reduced with the decreasing of filter material density.(4)The bore plate displacement of reformed filter ought to be controlled at 0~200mm. And ought to be adjusted with change of flux, and then it can satisfy big flux, request and request of water quality.(5)When washing time is 50 minutes, and washing trength is 10L/㎡.s and the bore plate displacement is 200mm, the washing result is best.According to the research, if we want to obtain efficience and mobility of fiber filter to satisfy the request of big flux, we should alter the bore plate from automatic type to controlled type.
