| To appraise the effect of worksite construction supervision correctly is the basic way in our country to conduct management in the supervision enterprise. In this essay, a research has been made on the aspect of standardized worksite management and controlling in construction supervision. It also discusses over the problems of how to strengthen construction supervision, and how to run supervision enterprise normally and scientifically.On the other hand, the essay has made an analysis to the achievements ever accomplished and problems still existed in its field. The aim is to improve its regularity and systematization. It is firmly believed in this essay that the company of project management and the worksite construction supervision enterprise are the direction of our country's supervision development. At the same time, the essay also points out that supervision must be conducted under its restriction so as to apply management and controlling to the project in the right sense. As supervision needs to be standardized further, the essay maintains the important means of appraising is the inspection and evaluation from experts in its own field. According to the chief function of the construction project, a mathematic evaluation model, which combines the experts' evaluation and levers' analysis together, has been set up for the purpose of appraising the effect of project supervision. By calculation and ordering, the model reveals that levels' analysis attaches importance to the main factors and gives consideration to the appraisement targets and interaction among those factors. Thereby, the model's operation has been validated. Through analyzing the influence of quality and investment control on the rate of progress control targets, the method of graphics demonstration has shown better practicability and simplicity. Thus, a suggestion has been put forward that strengthen worksite inspection can enhance the effect of appraisement in terms of its result.
