Study On Standardized Management Of Green Construction In SC Construction Project

In recent years,China’s economic development model has changed from non-sustainable development to green sustainable development.The change of economic development has had a significant impact on the economic and social development of enterprises.The concept of green development has penetrated into various fields,and construction management is one of the more important fields.With the continuous development of national science and technology,construction management technology is becoming more and more mature.Efforts should be made to implement the Party’s new requirements for social construction and promote the construction of resource-saving economy and environment-friendly society.We must make the production of materials,innovate the system,improve efficiency,highlight key points,seize the opportunity to actively explore the environment,intelligence,green and low-carbon development path.Focus on building energy-saving and green building construction development,strive to play the role of science and technology,improve the industry’s own level of development.Construction industry has long been a huge energy consumption industry in China.In order to better control the energy consumption,this paper studies the standardization management of green construction under the LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)certification mode for SC engineering construction projects in accordance with the relevant environmental protection policies issued by the state in recent years.For this reason,this paper combines with the example of SC construction project to achieve the goal of LEED certification,and according to the actual situation of the project,analyses the standardization management of green construction,and studies how to formulate the corresponding management system and measures for green construction management according to the characteristics of the project and the requirements of LEED certification.Through a series of management,the effect produced during the construction period is analyzed.At the same time,it also effectively meets the national call for green environmental protection,energy efficiency,reduction of consumption and emission of pollutants.It not only improves the competitiveness and profits of enterprises,but also meets the requirements of national energy saving and consumption reduction.Aiming at the example of SC project,this paper studies the purpose,significance and necessity of the implementation of green construction standardization,focusing on the environment,functional requirements,content and mode of green construction standardization,and on this basis,forms a feasible project construction scheme under LEED certification mode.According to the concept and theory of green construction,using the method of green construction management,the standardized construction management of SC construction project is studied.Firstly,the definition of green construction standardization management is introduced,and the research background,purpose and significance of green construction standardization are pointed out.Combined with the development status of green construction at home and abroad,the technical and economic analysis of the application of green construction standardization under LEED certification mode is carried out.Secondly,the overall framework of green construction standardization management of SC construction project is established,and its management organization,system,plan and strategic analysis are determined.Then,combined with LEED certification planning and deployment,the implementation analysis of SC construction project green construction standardization management is derived.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the application of green construction standardization management in SC construction projects.Through the analysis of the project example of SC construction project,combined with the actual situation of enterprises,under the LEED certification score,it can be concluded that the higher the level of standardized management,the higher the LEED score,the better the overall environmental protection,and the lower the consumption of resources and energy.The cost of the project has also been saved accordingly.For each LEED requirement,according to the actual situation of the project,the cost increment and design changes are analyzed,which makes the green construction standardization management of SC construction project have certain practicability and popularization value.According to the specific technical measures and pertinent management methods adopted in the process of standardization management of green construction,this paper puts forward effective measures combined with LEED certification mode,perfects and improves the comprehensive application of green construction technology in practice,establishes the consciousness of green construction standardization management of managers at all levels,establishes a green construction standard system conforming to LEED certification,and develops it.Innovative research on standardized management of green construction,putting green construction into practice,and sustainable development of standardized management of green construction are of great significance for environmental protection and efficient use of energy,and should become a long-term task of sustainable development in China.
