The Main Problems Of The Construction Project Supervision In China At The Present Stage And Solution Strategy Research

China has introduced some foreign advanced management patterns of construction project and established the construction supervision system with Chinese Characteristics in order to change the existing Self-construction management patterns.It has experienced nearly 30 years from the very beginning till now.The construction supervision system has been greatly popularized in the recent years.The scale of the construction supervision industry continues to expand along with the rapid economic development of China.However,construction supervision system in China,which has evolved from the independent third party to owner’s affiliate,changed from the high intelligent technology consulting services during the entire construction process to the only construction supervision limited to construction stage.The business area of construction supervision not only does not expand but also shrink,and is limited to the construction stage.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the article,outlines the development of engineering supervision at home and abroad,and briefly summarizes the current situation of Suzhou A construction supervision company.The core part of the article analyzes the external development environment and internal conditions faced by Suzhou A construction supervision company,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external situation and conditions of A company by SWOT analysis,and finds and summarizes the problems of A system lagging behind and lack of competitiveness.Based on the development of Suzhou A construction supervision company and the author’s own engineering practice experience,this paper analyzes the necessary reasons,and puts forward his own opinions on the strategies to solve the problem.The author believes that Suzhou A construction engineering supervision company has strengthened its existing advantages and enhanced its competitive ability in the aspects of positioning,system construction,improving working methods and promoting characteristic services,and gradually developed into a first-class construction project supervision company.
