The soil slope stability issues are always discussed in the constructions of hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering & highway engineering and etc. Concerning the complexities of these issues, there're relatively few dissertations with a more complete and friendly-interfaced calculation system discussed. Furthermore, the traditional definite analysis method can hardly reflect the influence of the random factors of reinforced soil slopes. Therefore, this dissertation has made a tentative research and analysis on the issues mentioned above, which consequently yields certain practical meaning. The whole dissertation consists of five chapters, and the chief substances of each chapter are shown as follows.Chapter 1, summarizing the research significances on soil slope stability issues, provides comprehensive review on the recent development of both domestic & international research works. Then it points out the main contents and techniques of the dissertation.Chapter 2, introducing several kinds of Limited Equilibrium Method in a systematic way, gives some improvement calculation ways. Attains a visual research program in Visual Basic 6.0 that can catenate AutoCAD successfully and draw the result pictures automatically.Chapter 3, selecting certain practical-projects as testing objects, proves the program introduced in Chapter 2. By analyzing the calculating results, comparing with other literature views, puts forward some other corresponding ideas.Chapter 4, Using "Sweden Circular Method", presents a limit state equation on reliability analysis of the reinforced soil slopes stability. Through Monte Carlo Method, a corresponding calculation program is worked out. By the practical projects, the comparison of definite analysis against reliability analysis of reinforced soil slopes is discussed, together with the regularity and the effect of factors on its reliability analysis.Chapter 5, summarizes the research of the dissertation and lists some topics and problems that need studying further more.
