Slope system is a changeable, random, complicated system and is of manifolduncertainty, so it is necessary to introduce the reliability theory in the research on thestability of slope system, which has broad prospects of application. Reliability theorycan made quantificational analysis on the influence to the stability of slope that causeby victors such as the parameter of soil properties, ground water and so on, it is a veryuseful method and is complementarity and development to traditional method. In researching on slope system, reliability analysis on earth retention systemexpects to be given more notice. In this paper, reliability analysis models of reinforcedsoil slope that fixed by gravity earth retaining walls, stabilizing piles, anchor rod andsoil nails has been formed on the base of common principle of reliability theory andthe traditional method in slope system. Then the valve value of reliability index in slope was built through comparisonand summarization. Finally an example is given to prove the truth and validity of themodels have been formed. At the last, computing program based on Monte Carlo method was programmedto validate the model that has been built.
