| Along with the rapid development of our social economy the urgent need of our people's getting higher education has promoted the rapid development of the higher education. Especially after the colleges and universities have enlarged the enrollment since 1999, the higher education has entered the period of popular education. As a result, it brings about the increasing urgency of the resources of running a school and puts forward a severe challenge to the rear service of the colleges and universities. Facing this severe reality, the specialists have confirmed that the way-out of the universities lies in the bold and resolute reformation of the rear service, i.e., making the rear service socialized. The construction of the outside school students' flats gardens is the new thing of this situation.To introduce the new mechanism to the construction of outside school flats gardens has broken the closed model of running a school under the planned economy system in the last several decades and replaced it a new model of construction management, i.e., the model of government-coordinated, social-participated and market-cooperated. The colleges and universities are aimed at training men for profession and the flats are the main are of training students and propagating spiritual civilization. So the architectures and program designers must carefully examine the new factors as follows:(1) How to construct and manage?(2) How to select the proper sites and make the program design while thinking of the internal relation between the universities and cities?(3) How to chose the ideal model of the flats to meet the students' many requirements of learning, housing, communicating, exercising and resting?(4) How to select the ideal coordination model under the circumstances of social-participated?In this thesis I will give an analysis of the reality and tendency of flats gardens in colleges and universities, domestic and abroad; and I will inquire into the composition and necessary system of the flats gardens under the new situations and give a careful piece of work in the design quota on the basis of the design ideal in the abroad flatsgardens. At the same time, I'll give an analysis as to how to cope with relation among garden sites, entire management; construction arrangement and environmental design, etc. I'll propose and ideal garden's environmental design etc. I'll propose an ideal garden's environmental model. Also in my thesis I'll summarized the shortcomings and strong points of the outside school flats gardens and their scope of application of several building models and management models. Finally, I'll exemplify several cases of the flats gardens in Tongji University and other colleges.In one word, in the thesis I'll give a systematic reheard in the design and construction of outside school flats gardens from the point of theoretical and practical aspects. This will provide important reference values and guiding meaning .The creation of my thesis mainly lies in the following points:(1) I'll give a careful piece of work in the rational composition and the design quota system of the outside school flats gardens on the basis of the experiences in the construction of the flats gardens in domestic and abroad colleges and universities.(2) I'll gave an analysis of the main factors in selecting the flats sites on the basis of the analysis in the relation among the cities, the universities, and the flats gardens.(3) To cope with the relation between the entire management, construction arrangement and environmental design. I'll propose the design idea and design standard of the environmental model of the ideal gardens on the basis of humanism and environmentalism.(4) I'll analyze the shortcomings and strong points of several flats models from the point of management and economy and advance a comparative analysis in the three new construction models and management models and give the boundary of their application scope. |
