| Product design's experience knowledge, as a part of product design'sknowledge, is valuable treasure in the enterprise. Its effective management couldpromote enterprise to make the best of existed design resource to increase design'squality and efficiency. Based on the "863" fundamental research project"Simulation Design of Fuel-Pump". The dissertation aimed at designing product byreusing the past design's experience, researched on the management andapplication of product design's experience knowledge (design cases). The dissertation introduced the essence of product design, knowledge-basedintelligent design, the idea and significance of design reuse, and researchedCase-based Reasoning (CBR) method, which is the important supporting method ofdesign reuse. The dissertation studied the main technology of Case-based design(CBD), and pointed out the universal and practical representation of the designcases, and studied how to build product design case-base with hierarchy based onthe Relational Database, and studied how to realize flexible retrieved template. Thedissertation pointed out the methods to resolve the problem of redundant cases andobsolete cases. The methods were used to maintain the case-base to preserve thesolution's quality and efficiency of the system. Finally the author developed theuniversal system -- "Supporting System for Case-based Design", and used it todesign the fuel-pump product. The system could be instructional , universal andflexible to a certainty, and could support the quick product design effectively. |
