The development of the residential structure system going with the alteration and innovation in traditional building technique is one of pre-task in engineering at present with the policy about walling material and energy saving being popularized and the modernization of house being presented. In order to adapt to the orientation of the development, fulfill the aim at abolishing the production of the chamotte in Tianjin, and display the masonry residence, CS slab structural building system is presented.CS slab structural residential system complies with the policies on the innovation of walling material, the ring protection and energy saving, and resolves the problem of the innovation in multiple-story residential walling. But, in this dissertation, it is firstly presented in the world. There is little practical and theoretical study in the application of CS wall slab to the bearing wall. In fact, there is less study in the integrity and aseismic behavior of the CS slab structural building system that was entirely supported by CS slabs. Hence, the theoretical base is not enough for the popularization of this system. There is in urgent need of the study in its aseismic behavior. In this dissertation, according to the behavior of the CS wall slab bearing capacity, the simplified model based on the finite element theory is established. And, in term of the constitutive equations of concrete, the nonlinear finite element analysis of the CS sandwich slabs is made. On the basis of the analytical results, their behavior of bearing capacity is analyzed. According to the simplified model mentioned above, the three-dimensional space model of six-story CS slab structural residence with an area of about 5000 square meters is founded. After the elastic-plastic history analysis is made, the aseismic behavior of the CS slab structures is analyzed. We conclude that this structural system has good bearing capacity and aseismic behavior. It is certified that the CS slab structures will not be damaged or be slightly damaged when subjected to a minor shock, and will not collapse when subjected to a large earthquake. At last, the seismic acting force of the CS slab structures is computed using the simplified method mentioned in the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings. Comparing the results obtained by history analysis with the results got using the simplified method, the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings is suitable for computing the seismic acting force of the CS slab structures.
